About Our Restaurant

It all started with two chefs and a dream – We’re a local vegan scratch kitchen based in Lancaster, PA. Our owners Tom Valentine and Ian Guyette, former chefs at Root, are passionate about making great food that both vegans and non-vegans alike can enjoy, and have both been in the restaurant industry for many years perfecting their craft. We love nerd culture, from comics, games, to figures, and our walls and shelves show it! Come over to LV with friends and family, to enjoy a wide array of vegan-ified classics. From our famous tofu bites to our salads, sandwiches, and our freshly baked desserts, we have something that everyone can enjoy.

What a fun spot that should make your whole party happy. They have a few healthier options but mostly fun food. Thank you for having yummy vegan options in a fun environment. The owners/chefs are so kind and friendly.

Went on the first day of soft opening so was impressed that service was so quick and how much variety was on the menu already. Sandwiches were good and will have to be back to try all the tofu bite flavors!
